Entrepreneurship at Mason

Entrepreneurship at the School of Law

As entrepreneurs drive innovation in business practice and technology, they also drive changes in the practice of law. Entrepreneurs often force questions about where legal boundaries are drawn, and provide opportunities to set new boundaries through interpretation and legislation. Like entrepreneurs, Mason students are trained to be innovative in their practice of law as they endeavor to serve their clients.

Our students are engaged in a demanding curriculum that emphasizes the economic analysis of the law, while opportunities through our highly-rated Intellectual Property program, National Center for Technology and Law, and Center for the Study of Neuroeconomics enhance their experience with practical issues faced by entrepreneurs.
